Terms of Service
These Terms set out how digital services are ordered from and provided by DTL Digital, including purchases paid online at dtl.pl. Please read them before placing an order.
The Polish version is the binding version. This English translation is provided for information only.
§1. Service provider
Services are provided by LEO WONDER Paweł Pałczyński, ul. gen. Stanisława Maczka 9/32, 05-480 Karczew, Poland, VAT ID PL5321839370, REGON 141209430, trading as DTL Digital (the “Provider” or “DTL”).
Contact: hello@dtl.pl, phone +48 662 210 356. Website: dtl.pl.
DTL Digital is a trading name of the entity indicated above. VAT invoices are issued under the registered details of LEO WONDER Paweł Pałczyński.
§2. Definitions
- Client — a natural person, legal person or organisational unit ordering a service.
- Consumer — a natural person entering into a contract not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Sole trader with consumer rights — a natural person running a business who enters into a contract that is not of a professional nature for them.
- Service — a digital service provided by DTL, in particular an audit, implementation, project or subscription service.
- Order — the Client’s declaration leading to a contract for the provision of a Service.
§3. Scope of services
DTL provides digital services for businesses, in particular:
- audits and monitoring of brand visibility in AI models (GEO/AEO)
- design and development of websites and web applications
- deployment of AI chatbots and agents
- multilingual platforms, performance and technical SEO
- WCAG accessibility audits and remediation
- branding and marketing campaigns
The detailed scope, timeframe and price of each Service follow from the website description, a quotation or a separate agreement.
§4. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when DTL confirms acceptance of the Order — for online purchases, upon successful payment.
Prices published on dtl.pl do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract.
DTL may refuse an Order, in particular where performance would be impossible, unlawful, or where the Client is in payment arrears. DTL notifies the Client promptly and refunds any payment in full.
§5. Prices and payments
All prices published on dtl.pl are net prices in Polish złoty (PLN). Polish VAT at 23% is added to the net price.
Amounts shown in USD, EUR and GBP are indicative only and are converted at the mid rate of the National Bank of Poland. Settlement and charging always occur in PLN.
Online payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. DTL does not store full payment card data; it is processed by Stripe under the PCI DSS standard.
Available payment methods are payment card, Przelewy24 and BLIK. Recurring payments (subscriptions) are available by payment card only.
The VAT invoice is issued by the Provider and sent to the Client’s e-mail address. The Client may provide a tax ID at checkout.
§6. Performance of the service
The delivery time is stated in the Service description or in the quotation. For the AI visibility audit it is up to 5 business days from receipt of payment.
Services are provided remotely. Deliverables are handed over electronically (report, documentation, code, content) and — where included in the scope — via a live walkthrough.
Performance requires the Client’s cooperation, in particular providing the information, materials or access needed. Delays on the Client’s side extend the delivery time accordingly.
§7. Nature of services based on AI models
Services concerning visibility in AI models are based on measuring answers generated by third-party systems (including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI).
AI model answers are non-deterministic — identical questions may produce different answers, and results shift as models are updated. A single measurement is indicative only; a trend across multiple measurements over time is what carries weight.
DTL does not guarantee achieving or maintaining any particular position, mention or citation in the answers of any AI system or search engine. Such parameters are outside the Provider’s control. The subject of the contract is the diligent performance of measurement, analysis and agreed work, not the achievement of a specific outcome.
DTL’s obligation is one of due diligence, not an obligation of result.
§8. Right of withdrawal
A Consumer and a sole trader with consumer rights may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, by sending a statement to hello@dtl.pl.
Consent to early performance: if the Client requests that performance begin before the withdrawal period expires, they make an explicit request and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the Service has been fully performed. Ticking the relevant consent at checkout constitutes such a request.
If the Client withdraws after performance has begun but before it is complete, they pay for the services rendered up to the moment of withdrawal, in proportion to the work performed.
Refunds are made promptly, no later than 14 days from receipt of the statement, using the same payment channel.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to Clients who are businesses entering into a contract of a professional nature, to the extent not required by law.
§9. Complaints
Complaints should be submitted to hello@dtl.pl. The detailed procedure is described in the separate “Refunds and complaints” document.
DTL considers a complaint within 14 days of receipt and communicates the outcome by e-mail.
§10. Subscriptions and termination
Subscription services (e.g. monitoring) are provided monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
The Client may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation is submitted to hello@dtl.pl.
DTL may terminate with immediate effect in the event of a material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Service, or payment arrears exceeding 14 days.
§11. Intellectual property
Upon payment of the full fee, the Client acquires the right to use the Service deliverables (reports, content, designs, code) to the extent agreed in the quotation or contract.
DTL retains rights to its own tools, engines and components used in performance (in particular FlashAI, ThinkCMS, ScaleTry, SymfoniX), as well as to its methodology and know-how.
DTL may refer to the cooperation and publish the results in its portfolio, unless the Client stipulates otherwise in writing.
§12. Liability
DTL provides the Services with due diligence and in line with current technical knowledge.
In relations with Clients other than Consumers, DTL’s liability is limited to the fee paid for the Service concerned and excludes lost profits. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally.
DTL is not liable for the operation of third-party systems (AI models, search engines, hosting and payment providers) or for the effects of changes to their algorithms or policies.
The limitations in this section do not affect the rights of Consumers or sole traders with consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
§13. Personal data
The controller of Clients’ personal data is LEO WONDER Paweł Pałczyński. Processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
§14. Changes to the Terms
DTL may amend these Terms for valid reasons, in particular changes in law, service scope or payment processing. Clients using subscription services are notified at least 14 days in advance.
Orders placed before the changes take effect are governed by the previous version of the Terms.
§15. Final provisions
Polish law applies. This does not deprive a Consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
A Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms, including the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Disputes with Clients other than Consumers are settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Provider’s registered office.
