Estimated result

A simulation on your assumptions — not a guarantee.

Investment pays back in 3 mies.
Extra leads/mo+8
Extra clients/mo+1,5

How we calculate: extra leads = current leads × uplift. Extra clients = extra leads × close rate. Net gain = extra clients × client value − subscription. Break-even is the month when cumulative gain covers the implementation cost. More on pricing and payback: AI agent implementation cost.

FAQ

How do you calculate ROI on an AI agent?

Compare the number of form leads with the full conversions (e.g. booked meetings) the AI agent generated in the same period. Your gain is extra clients times your average client value, minus the subscription. Break-even is the month when cumulative gain covers the implementation cost — typically after 2–3 months.

Where does the “lead uplift” number come from?

It is the one assumption you cannot read from your current data — hence the slider. The uplift comes from three things: replies outside business hours, instant response (instead of a form and silence) and pre-qualification. Start with a conservative 15–25% and check whether the numbers still add up under that cautious assumption.

Is the calculator result a guarantee?

No. It is a simulation on your assumptions — it shows at which numbers an implementation makes economic sense and at which it does not. Treat it as a conversation tool, not a promise. We are happy to run the scenario on your real data.

What if my traffic is low?

Then an AI agent rarely pays for itself on lead volume alone — and the calculator will show it (a long payback period). With low traffic it is wiser to start with visibility and content, and add the agent once there is someone to serve. We say this plainly instead of pushing an implementation.

Let's run it on your real data

We will show a scenario on your traffic and your industry — with an honest answer on whether an implementation makes sense now or should wait.
